A clear view can make all the difference

One great satisfaction for any driver is watching a dirty windscreen become crystal-clear at the touch of a finger.  

Squeeze the lever, spray and voila!

There is, however, a small but important detail here, and that’s how these windscreen washers work.

Most cars have their windscreen washer jets mounted either on or near the bonnet. They spray cleaning fluid on the windscreen to mist the glass surface before the wiper arms can wipe them clear.
