SAFETY ASSURED
In the event of a collision, Connected Services connects your vehicle to Emergency Services, sending an ambulance if needed. An emergency SOS button is also within easy reach of the front seat occupants.
STOLEN VEHICLE ASSISTANCE
While your Mazda is equipped with numerous features and technology to deter theft, unfortunate incidents can still occur. In the event of your car being stolen, simply use the MyMazda app to request Stolen Vehicle Assistance. They'll track it in real-time and share the vehicle's location with the local police.

Driver Alert and Parental Control update you when your vehicle is driving above a certain speed, distance, drive time or curfew.

If you have recently purchased a new Mazda vehicle equipped with the technology to utilise Mazda Connected Services, it’ll only take a few steps before you can begin using your Mazda vehicle to the fullest. Here’s how to enrol in Mazda Connected Services if your vehicle is equipped with it:
• Register for a MyMazda profile. You can download the MyMazda App from the Apple App Store® or the Google Play™ Store.
• From the MyMazda App, select “Add Vehicle” and follow the prompts.
• Once your vehicle has been added, select “Enrol” to begin enroling in Connected Services and follow the instructions.
• Turn on the ignition and wait about 30 seconds.
• Select “Request” on the MyMazda App to receive the authorisation code, which will be displayed on your vehicle’s centre display.
• Enter the authorisation code into your MyMazda App.
• After establishing connectivity, you will successfully enrol in Mazda Connected Services.
For compatible vehicles with Mazda Connected Services that are not enrolled, the only data transmitted is the ignition on/off times. This information helps troubleshoot any issues you may have during the enrolment process.
When you opt in and successfully enrol your vehicle in Mazda Connected Services, we only collect the data necessary, based on legal grounds as stipulated in the applicable data protection laws. We use this data only to provide the Connected Services you have consented to. De-identified information may be used for product quality, data analysis, research, and product development.

Your privacy is important to us. When you opt in and enrol your vehicle in Mazda Connected Services, your Mazda Connected Services data is only disclosed to Mazda’s third-party partners essential to delivering Mazda’s Connected Services.
These parties include:
- Telecommunication carriers who provide communication services
- Connected Vehicle platform provider
- Emergency Service providers who assist in emergencies
Mazda does not sell your Connected Services data to any third parties.

To provide Mazda Connected Services, your vehicle is equipped with an in-built SIM card. The voice and SMS consumption data collected only includes the data volume of voice calls and SMS used through the vehicle’s SIM card, not any recording of your conversations or messages. We collect this data solely for internal billing purposes.
Mazda does not record any audio of your conversations unless you or your vehicle initiates an emergency call (SOS eCall or Automatic Crash Notification).
Mazda does not collect any voice or SMS consumption data for marketing purposes.
New Mazda Connected Vehicles receive a 3-year complimentary period for Mazda Connected Services. This period begins upon the vehicle's first registration. The remaining complimentary period balance will automatically transfer to the new owner for customers purchasing a Mazda Dealer demo model or used Mazda Connected Vehicle.
Mazda SOS eCall is a service that assists vehicle occupants in an emergency. Mazda SOS eCall is not a courtesy/concierge service. Mazda Roadside Assist is a service that helps customers in non-emergency situations. More details about Mazda Roadside Assist features can be found here.

‡ Connected services are subject to change at any time without notice. Mazda Connected Services are provided during a 3-year complimentary period starting from the vehicle registration date, with annual subscription fees applying thereafter. Once started, Connected Services cannot be refunded but will remain available for reactivation on the vehicle if sold or transferred. To use Connected Services, the MyMazda App must be installed on the customer’s compatible phone, with an active MyMazda account and cellular mobile network coverage (which may vary by location). Not all devices support connectivity. Refer to your Owner's Manual for important feature details and related privacy information.
